We're thrilled you've decided to share your story on our DXTrailblazers Video Channel and helping us to build an Outcomes Driven Economy together at DX.Partners.

We've drafted this grant of use and release terms (which we will simply call the "Release Terms") so that you'll know the rules that govern our relationship with you. Although we have tried our best to strip the legalese from the Release Terms, there are places where these Release Terms may still read like a traditional agreement as they do indeed form a legally binding agreement between you and DXPartners. So please read them carefully.

These Release Terms constitute the entire and only agreement between you or the entity on whose behalf you accept these Release Terms (collectively "YOU", YOURS") and DX.Partners, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("DXPartners"). YOU ACCEPT THEM BY CLICKING OR TAPPING ON A BUTTON INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RELEASE TERMS.

By accepting these Release Terms, you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized by your entity to bind you to these Release Terms.

• FOR CONSIDERATION WHICH YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, YOU HEREBY GRANT PERMISSION TO DXPARTNERS:
  1. To interview you, photograph you (still or moving images), and/or record your voice ("Work"). Provided however, during the performance of your Work you will not disclose or divulge any nonpublic or proprietary information pertaining to you or any person, firm, corporation, association or other entity, which you are bound to keep confidential in furtherance of your duties or obligations pursuant to any non-disclosure or similar agreement.
  2. To use, reuse, publish and republish the whole or in part your Work in any and all manner or medium throughout the world and in perpetuity for any lawful purposes (including but not limited to publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade) in any and all media whether now known or hereafter existing, including print, broadcast, social media platforms and/or worldwide web and to use your full name in connection therewith. You hereby waive the rights to inspect or approve any use of the Work.
• RELEASE:
  1. You hereby release DXPartners, its assigns, licensees and successor from any monetary or other claims, including any and all claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Work.
  2. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold DXPartners, it's officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and assigns, harmless from any fees, penalties, liabilities, losses or damages (including reasonable outside attorney fees) arising out of a third party claim incurred by the DXPartners within these Release Terms.
